Our story
We started QualityHero after years of anxiety, wondering, "are we doing enough?" and watching brilliant FE & Skills providers get tripped up by the same things every cycle: scattered evidence, half-finished SARs, QIPs that didn't quite hit the mark, safeguarding records kept on a flimsy excel spreadsheet and leadership reports written from scratch. Every. Single. Time.
QualityHero is what we wish we'd had.

Every feature is shaped by people who have lived through SARs, deep dives and inspection prep. No vapourware - if it's in the platform, it solved a real problem.
Safeguarding-first
Sensitive data is treated as sensitive. Strict role-based access, encrypted learner records, auditable disclosure flows. Quality and safeguarding work shoulder to shoulder.
Plain English
We translate the framework into actions people can do on a Tuesday afternoon. No jargon, no acronym soup, no consultants required to understand what to do next.
